    The only thing I like about this controller is the color of it That's pretty much it honestly. I've had to go back to the store three times already To exchange it. Cause of Insane stick drift.

    Bought controller open box and it came working condition only thing is that bestbuy didnt take time to clean controller it had gunk and who knows what else in the shell . Clean up and disinfected the controller now everything good. Bestbuy needs to make sure on open box or return items that they are not dirty nor have other peoples juices on it.

    I got so many of these Xbox controllers. My kids cant seem to not break them. Make sure you purchase the geek squad protection because once it breaks geek squad replaces it for free one time.

    good color I personally enjoy the grip on the back. the dead is really clicky and nice to use and the battery life is good. the only issue I have is that Microsoft decides to recognize the controller as a mouse and im forced to re disable the HID device in device manager. In terms of user-friendliness its quite the hinderance and less tech savvy people will have issues they might not be able to resolve.

    Great controller. Bumpers and triggers feel better than last gen controllers. D pad will take some time to get used to, more mouse clicky than prior. I would recommend. Still uses either AA or charge pack. And usb c finally!
