I really think the tactile feel of the XBOX Series X/S controller is good, but the craftsmanship and durability is not there. I purchased mine in April (less than two months!!), and thankfully, with the warranty offered by Best Buy. The right trigger button has a small "foam" pad that keeps the trigger from either "clacking" or making slow to react firing mechanism, keeping a good "springy" button feel. But it wears out or breaks entirely, and this is a KNOWN ISSUE with Microsoft, it seems. I was informed to return the device either to Best Buy or mail to them, at cost. Ridiculous stuff, but thankfully I could return it to the store for exchange. BUYER BEWARE.

The sticks always seem to become an issue with “float” so I would highly recommend getting a service plan.

I prefer the standard controller for this reason.
