This works, which is all I need. I'm not into bells and whistles, or special colors. The one disappointment is that they must have changed the design in some small way so that my recharger battery lid does not fit on this model. It still charges without the lid - just looks like I lost the lid.

I love this color. Works great, I use it with my PC.

Great product. Runs through batteries very fast. Color is great... useful because it does not smudge or show fingerprints.

I've been using this for a month and have had no problems with it. I use it exclusively for playing PC games. It's very comfortable to hold and the analog sticks feel good and there are minor improvements over the Xbox 360 controller (which is what I was using for nearly a decade before this when playing games on PC). The only issue I ran into was on the first day, I had to connect the controller to my PC via USB-c cable (not included, but you likely already have one for your smartphone) so it could download some kind of firmware update, but once that was taken care of everything has been working good since. I was a little concerned that it still uses AA batteries instead of a rechargeable battery like PlayStation and Switch controllers use, but the battery life is actually pretty good. Like I said I've been using this for a month and I'm still using the two batteries that were included with it, I haven't had to change them yet. As far as my ratings, the only reason I gave Value 4 stars instead of 5 is because I kinda miss the days where new controllers went for $40 (or less) and now they cost almost double that. But honestly if you're like me and just need a controller to game with on PC, this should be at the top of your list.

I don't even own an xbox and I had to purchase this Doom controller. I honestly just like the color scheme and the design of it. I will most likely use it for PC gaming, but as of now I have it on my shelf of controllers that I have been collecting for PS5 and Switch 1.

This was perfect! My wife picked it out and has loved the connectivity to our gaming rig and the comfortable feel. Will definitely be buying another one soon.

It works pretty well. It does the job. Just a basic controller to get the job done

I like all the changes they made to the new controller. -The triggers are a matte hard rubber black texture with small bumps. They are much easier to press down and the texture feels way better. The One X had weird slippery plastic bumpers and triggers that made games that use the bumpers a lot (Dark Souls) a bit less comfortable than a PS controller. The bumper feedback is much more of a deep bump than the plastic click of the old controller and I like it. -The grips have a micro-texture as well which makes that controller less slippery in that aspect as well. -The circular directional pad with raised arrows is very clicky, much louder than the One X directional cross. Most games just use the directional buttons for activating items, menus, etc. However I am not much of a fighting game player so I would read other reviews who might have stronger feelings about this change. -Type-C cable instead of micro-USB. That means faster charging if you buy the optional rechargeable battery pack. -The controller is a tiny bit heavier and feels solid. My old One X controller squeaks and crackles a little bit if I squeeze the controller, the Series X makes no audible noise from strongly squeezing the grips. I would say the build quality got an upgrade, but we will have to see if that lasts with age/use. So yeah, I'd say it's a straight upgrade, but it's not so different that you need to rush out and buy a new one right away.

The controller works very smoothly. The red top and white bottom is a stylish color combination.

Solid choice for using on a laptop. I did not want to use keyboard and mouse for the Arkham collection so I picked this controller up. Awesome choice, and that’s coming from a past PlayStation controller user lol.

Left stick went bad after two weeks but honestly I probably just got unlucky with mine. Didn’t like the color that much though but hey if you’re a fan of Red and clear look from the 90s this might be for you?Good thing Best Buy has an amazing return/exchange program

Love that Xbox added a share button. Cool new feature to Windows 11 and this controller, when this controller goes into pairing mode, a "Pair Controller" notification will pop up on the PC. Only works if you PC has bluetooth. It making pairing much easier than it was on the previous bluetooth xbox controllers. Very nice.

Pretty dope lookin and very smooth i had a beat up old version that had stick drift and rechargeable batteries that only lasted like 30 mins so this upgrade really helped out
