And for the first month, it worked really well. But within about a month the controller started lagging and now I can’t even get my upper down button to work half the time. I’ve barely had this thing for six months. I could not be more disappointed.

As such, the expectation is that they are a quality build. Well, I am sad to say that they are really poor quality, and made of cheap plastic materials that will NOT hold up to long term use. I am an avid gamer and have spent way to much money replacing controllers over the years. Microsoft needs to step up their game.
