Great controller to handle any game and is very durable so it lasts

Replaced my old Xbox control with a nice color scheme, grip, and overall feel is better.

Bought this for my wife and shes loving it. The change to type-C charging is nice and you cant beat this bright lime green color. The top left/right bumpers, back of sides and triggers are all stippled/ribbed for added grip from those sweaty fingers too!

This XBOX Controller is excellent for gaming on both our XBOX One & XBOX Series X Platforms and they are also useful when paired with Bluetooth to a PC or iPad. Also highly recommended the BestBuy Membership which offers excellent protection for all of your devices & easy service, repair, or replacement.

I should state up front that I don't have an XBOX Series X or S. I picked up the new Controller to play with PC games. And, on that front, it's been a bit of a mixed bag. Set up wasn't as simple as I thought it would be. I didn't care for the Bluetooth connection as it kept dropping every so often. Using an Xbox adapter was the most reliable option, but even it couldn't sync up with the controller at first. I had to plug the controller in via usb-c to usb-a cable and run the Xbox accessories app from my Windows 10 PC. At that point, the controller received a firmware update and everything worked. Well, everything except the media share button. As of today, that button still does not do anything on my PC. It doesn't appear to be mappable and it doesn't launch any screenshot or video cast feature. The textured grip is nice. The USB-C port is a welcome addition. Everything feels slightly better than the previous model, but still no motion control support and the media button is currently useless on PC. D-Pad is nice, but I barely use it. All-in-all, a good controller, but if you already have a working Xbox one controller on your gaming PC, this controller may not be worth it at the moment.

Great controller and lovely color! My previous controller had a lot of stick drift and this one has had no issues with drift so far. The “x” button does occasionally stick but this does not disrupt game play. Additionally, Best Buy employees made sure I got a warranty so if it does become an issue I’m covered and can get a replacement!

Great product and deal! Love the design. It has lasted a long time. Will definitely purchase another one when this one no longer works.

Great controller! I love it! I don’t have a Xbox series X but it works with with my Xbox one S. If you need a new Controller and can’t afford the elite Controller than this guy is for you! Also the grippy thing on the back is good For if your hands get sweaty

Overall this remote is awesome. Haven't had an issue with it yet. Like the design!!! Definitely a step up from the stock xbox controller.

This is my favorite controller for use on PC. I use this for every time that I game regardless of the type of game I am playing. It performs flawlessly. Also it is the most comfortable to use.

A very good and comfortable controller. I have been used to playing Sony Controllers for the last few years so my hands are accustomed to their grip and style, but I needed a new controller for my PC that wouldn't accidentally connect to my PS5 so I decided to try the XBox Series X controllers. While I can't speak for the wireless ability as my PC doesn't have Bluetooth in it. I can tell you that it is a very responsive controller and very comfortable to use and play with. I started right off with Dead Cells which is a game that I tend to be very fast paced with and this controller didn't slow me down or hinder me at all. Very good controller and not uncomfortable, This generations of controllers from both sides got a very nice style down and I'm for it. The triggers are also nice because when you push them down there's a soft contact rather than a plastic on plastic click which is nice.

Given the sale price I purchased this at ($35) dollars its a no brainer to pick this up if you need an extra controller for your Xbox (whichever flavor) or want to use it for PC. Missing the bells and whitsles of the Elite but of course it does given the $100 price disparity.

Love the red color!!! I do wish the whole controller was red but it is what it is. Love the screenshot button and the extra grip on the triggers. This controller works on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S systems.

My son loved it and he loves red only thing I will get a battery for it so while it charges it last longer although it’s not needed
