    I had an old Xbox remote that needed replacing and ordered this one for pickup at my local BestBuy store. As soon as I opened the box and held it, I loved the feel and texture of it. Works just like it should and connected easily to my laptop.

    My husband uses this controller with his Xbox Series X nightly for a minimum of 6 to 8 hrs. Works as expected. Nothing fancy, but holds up for approximately 13 to 15 months.

    My man dropped and broke his and I got tired of him using mine with his dirty hands... so I bought him this one to replace his old wired one. He loves it. Now maybe he will leave mine alone. XD

    Works great right out of the box. Only con so far is that you need batteries unless you get a 3rd party rechargeable pack. For the sale price I paid (33% off), I’ll take it.

    Good warranty only thing was once you return it you have to pay for warranty again. Should be covered for life the first charge

    Bought this for my wife. Weve had it for over half a year. Paint is staying on good. All buttons work well No stick drift. Very happy with this product.

    Next-generation controller! Same feel and style as past generation....with the added share button for quick pictures and videos of game play! Also added textures to the backside and trigger buttons! Amazing features and great controller!
