Perfect upgrade. Easy to install. Still a lot to learn

So far so good - have to say getting this bundled with my computer purchased provided a nice discount which made it not hurt so much when the total was provided to me. I like that I can access all Microsoft programs on my Mac and iPhone without a glitch. Doing the reverse (Mac on PC computers) isn't as seamless. I highly recommend.

As with any update, there is a learning curve, figuring out where everything I use is located, and how to get the scanner on my printer to communicate with my computer. Can't say it's 100%, yet.

The Program itself is a great program...........but.............trying to get your this Program to work with your previous e-mail address is anything but simple!!! It's a NIGHTMARE and Microsoft really needs to work on this because I was ready to demand my investment back from them because I could not get them (Microsoft) to accept my prior e-mail address as they kept telling me that it was already in use and I was like..........duhhhhhhhh no kidding you jerks!!!!! SERIOUSLY, MICROSOFT DOES NOT MAKE ANY OF THEIR SO-CALLED INSTRUCTION SIMPLE OR EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND WHAT'S WORSE IS THE FACT THAT YOU CANNOT.........AND I MEAN CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT MICROSOFT TO HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR ISSUES!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Digital software that automatically updates is the way of the future. Simple to download and very easy to use.

It says for up to six family members but in trying to share or load to more than one computer, I have been unable, as it says the product key has already been used. Invitations from the site only add other home comps to the family. There is no access to the program itself from that.

Best Buy help was great. Microsoft products are impossible to determine how to properly implement across devices. Probably won’t be able to use effectively as i can’t reach a human. No phone numbers are aravilabor and emails are not responded to.
