It was installed without problem on my husband's new laptop. I tried to install it on my existing laptop and have been unsuccessful. Something about my husband has to send me an invite to allow me to download the program. For someone not tech savy this is not easy. It would be much easier to load it using the "key" that came on the receipt.

The new version of Word is very intuitive and easy to use. I use Outlook 2013 at work. Outlook 2016 is great email software. Make sure to export your data from previous email software. Import and save to Outlook to have all of your email contacts.PowerPoint 2016 has additional features including new backgounds that I like.
