Just send an invite to the others you want to share the product and they can install it with a few clicks Yes we have to pay a yearly fee, but it is well worth it as I would be getting a new Office every 3 or 4 years anyway and this definitely ends up to cost less (you get a lot with this subscription).

I do not use or need everything offered and find "Microsoft 365" overpriced in general no matter how it is purchased. There is nothing special or fancy about the features offered.

I'm not sure about having to pay annually for this yet till that bill comes in and I'm faced with either pay or loos the access.
