Problem Installing on other PC's

I installed it on 2 computers and then it would not allow me to install again. When I tried to complete the installation on the 3rd computer I received a call from someone saying that the were a authorized tech for Microsoft. He told me that he would like to take over my computer and help me out. I let him and then asked about how much this was going to cost me. He hung up after this call. As a result I have used all 5 of my installs and cannot put it on any other computers.

Posted .Hello Chainman, Microsoft will never call regarding Office installation useless you have gone to our website and requested a call. Also, if you have only installed Office 365 Home on 2 PCs, that would mean you have 3 PC installs left on your subscription. There is no way to use them up unless you are actively using them on other PCs. Please contact us directly using one of these methods; Support Web Portal: www.Support.Microsoft.com . Extra cloud space doesn’t work automatically and sharing it doesn’t either so I’ll have to go back to the store and get help

Our family members rely on several devices specific to our personal needs. Some of us use Macs and some of us prefer Windows-PCs. This was a great opportunity to use Office 365 on all of them. The installation was simple! We were also able to send a code to our son---who is across country on a college campus. He was able to install it on his device without any problems!

I purchased this product with the purchase of a new laptop. This product includes the use of a one Terabyte cloud storage. I have been using Microsoft office product for years at work, so having this product to use at home makes sense. The discount also helped in the decision to purchase this product.
