Can't Live Without MS Office

Dealing with Best Buy regarding my purchase and its set up was not nearly as good. When I called Best Buy's Geek Squad Customer Service, the wait time was always excessive (more than an hour each time). More than once, when I finally got through to a human being, I was put on hold and disconnected. I am a regular Best Buy customer and have had good experiences in the past, but not in this case.
