The item itself is fine and a decent value, but MS support is enough to make me throw a computer.

I had some challenges adding to iPhone. The 5 person deal is better than the individual. Totally worth it. Microsoft just need to add better ease of installing multiple devices.

It was fairly easy to share but because it was being shared it was a little tricky, most likely due to the operators but it worked out easy enough. Once installed the programs worked great and helped a great deal having the same version from computer to computer.

A few years back I made the switch from Windows to Mac (And never looked back). At that time I got Office for Mac and have been very happy with it for the past several years. I decided to upgrade my iPad to a new iPad Pro and BestBuy was offering a bundle for Office 365 - 5 user including Mac and iPad. I was resistant at first to go "subscription" vs "owning" the disk; but I've grudingly come to accept that this is the new way of the software world. On the good side, I've already gotten several updates - so you are constantly up to date. Haven't used Outlook on the MAc; not sure I will. I like several things about Outlook and still use it at work on a PC; but I also like the simplicity of Apple Mail. One of my biggest interests in Office 365 was OneNote. I've played around with it a bit and I think it will soon be my "go to" application for arranging and storing various types of data. All in all - I'm happy the Office 365.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been looking at updating from Office 2010 and after discussions with Microsoft personnel during the holidays (end of 2015) decided that this is the way of the future if you are a fan of Windows based products. Directions were easy to follow and able to install on an older laptop running Windows 10 with no difficulty. Then did the 2nd installation on a new laptop and again no problems.
