The trade off is that the on line program version is constantly being updated, so that you're always running the most current version. No issues so far.

There are many more options available in this far newer version over my old one so it is taking some time to get used to the differences but overall it is going well. There are good tutorials available which are helpful.

But still find it a necessary product/programs to have. They talked me into buying the one for 6 people to use, even after telling them that the devices both myself and family had. I definitely did not need the 6 person disk.

But I'll have to admit since using it, I haven't really had much of an issue with it. And most of the features are all there. For home use, 365 is great. Now business is another matter.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PC users switching to Mac will be happy with this product. its not as cumbersome as PC on Mac used to be, but there are some differences that take getting used to. not all of the quick-keys/alt/right-click type stuff are the same. in the end i wanted my Mac and now have the MS Office software needed to function

This Samsung model is very difficult to navigate to set up the television the way you want. I suggest the delivery team assist the customer with a complete set up especially with a non tech type of customer.
