Like the fact that you can decide if you want auto-renew or not. Just be wary that you go to correct website exactly as indicated on card as there are similar scam sites out there.

I did not install it until over one month after purchasing and consequently lost one month of subscription. Not sure yet if this was Best Buy or Microsoft problem but it did not happen with this one. Stiil working on solving the other issue.

Apple has their own software for word, excel, email and presentations. I prefer using the Mac software. There are some printing glitches with Office Outlook, Calendar. Apple Tech does not support MS software questions / problems, so technical support is different than Apple/Mac. Staying with one operating system is the best for me.

Could not create and send documents that I really needed to work with. I installed it on one of my computers so far, and did this with the aid and assistance of the people at the help line at Microsoft. Thank you again to them!
