I do not know how to access the product. Please advise

Prefer previous Microsoft offers without renewal to continue use.

Great value - 5 pc's & 5 tablets. Installation a slow go with wifi, much quicker hardwired.

I bought the office subscription mostly for the 1tb of one drive storage, word, and excel. The one drive is convenient way to share lots of photos and movies with my family. Its also a life saver for backing up important documents and files. Awhile back I had to take in my car to get fixed and I needed a loaner. In order to get the loaner I had to provide some insurance information. For some reason the app wasn't working but I was able to access a saved copy of my insurance information on my one drive. If it wasn't for one drive I would have been out of a car for a couple months. As far as I can tell ms365 has paid off for itself.

I was reluctant at first to try the Microsoft Office subscription service but after having it awhile I am vey pleased with it. I have confidence that I am using the latest versions of all Office programs, updates are fast, Office programs work flawlessly. Very satisfied!

Have not had any trouble with the product and love knowing all upgrades, improvements, etc. are automatic.

Works great - just like standard MS Office products. Easy to Setup and to share with others.

Programs are function and easy to use and figure out.

We love the programs. However, Microsoft has it to where you have to pay to use them every year. Also, we had problems installing the programs and had to contact Microsoft. When we contacted them they demanded that we needed network protection and wanted us to spend another $400 to $800 dollars in order for the programs to install. WE WERE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT!!!

This software program is completely essential to the student, personal user or business man.

I am highly satisfied with this product. I have used every version of MicroSoft Office. Overall, it has been a great experience. It is compatible with so many products. I have recently started going back to university and I am able to complete all of my coursework in a timely manner.

Office 365 works great for the business I work for and everyone gets to use it.

Excellent collection of programs that will allow you do do anything that you need to do on any computer. Create spreadsheets, documents, presentations, etc. with ease. Outlook is a great email program! Have always used these programs and can't live without them!!

Have been using Microsoft Office full version since 1999. Also started using Office 365 since 2016 at home and work. Overall, all I can say, the more you know about the software more efficient and effective you get.

Good product, work well and does as advertised. only problem I had was driving 300 miles because my local store person was not too interested in helping me, an older guy, but was more interested in helping the good looking young lady who standing just down the aisle from us

I couldn't be happier with Microsoft Office 365. I was struggling with a smaller free word processing program, but it was frustrating because it did not do everything that the Office 365 is capable of doing.
