For a program that is so essential, I cannot believe they would charge people every single year to keep it on their computer! The program itself was easy to install and is easy enough to use, though it takes a little getting used to over the older version that I had.

I found that among my various machines I had different versions running; nothing was consistent. I was reticent about subscribing rather than buying, but the consistency of operation across all my devices is welcome. While the predecessor of the online Outlook services and cloud drive stunk, Microsoft seems to have "pulled up their socks" and gotten serious. For my needs, all runs very well; I am satisfied in all respects.
