    it was a little difficult to get used to, probably because it's the newest version of Microsoft Office & we're used to Office 2010. Why keep people having to upgrade when there was nothing wrong with the older version? I do realize this is something the industry is pushing and they're making it more expensive to buy the traditional Microsoft Office. Next question--would I recommend?? Well, the other choices are limited.

    Meh. You need a word processing program. You need a spreadsheet program. You might even need a presentation program (PowerPoint). You have a ton of choices for a mail client though. You also have multiple choices for cloud-based storage and One Drive is kind of a pain in the butt as it repeatedly asks you to sign in although it is pretty large (1TB). It's hard to avoid the 800-pound gorilla...

    The installation process was a bit difficult and at times cumbersome. Using the product is harder than just buying the office franchise and installing it. I think there is cloud interference and I do not like uploading personal documents to the cloud to view them. Overall, I will probably not renew this.
