While it's taking me a while to figure out where some of the commands moved to and why symbols are new instead of keeping them the way they've always been, the experience of downloading and getting going was fairly simple and all of my older documents are updating without a problem.

Upon trying to activate online, the code did not work. Got in touch with MS support and they tried to do it as well. Told me that Best Buy didn't activate the card before they shipped it to me. Called BB. After being hung up on twice while being transferred, they got me to someone who shared that they had been experiencing problems with MS receiving the activation codes from BB. Said to try again in three days. did, still didn't work. Spent the next week trying to call customer support, being sent to someone who would then transfer us to MS for help. They couldn't not help us. The whole reason we got this ONLINE was because it's not easy for us to run to a BB. Ended up having to actually go into the store to have the dang thing activated. So three weeks later, we now can use the software. Horrible. Horrible customer service experience.
