No product key is sent, rather account number

But what i received was a member number with 20 digits and microsoft want a product key with 25 digits. I spoke with chat agents and they were unable to help or even inderstand the problem.. noe i will follow up with microsoft and see if they can help

Not worth the time spent

What a crappy three weeks of Geek Squad & Microsoft going rounds to try to get this on my laptop.
