Easy to load on both of my PC's & Surface Pro 3&i iPad.

easily can access office documents on multiple devices

We spent time at the actual Best Buy location requesting help in adding my husband's laptop to my account, to no avail. I also spent about four hours on the phone trying to get Geek Squad help in understanding how to add his Microsoft 365 to my contract, again to no avail. I am still not sure if his laptop has been added or not but I am paying the higher price from individual to family coverage.

Not happy with the way Outlook works in this program.

This is a pretty good Office Suite. I'm still getting my head around the idea that I need to keep a subscription to get updates and keep using this, but the functionality and pretty seamless for experienced Microsoft Office users.

Use programs every day. for business purposes. love it.

I could not figure out how to install it and it appeared it was for Windows and I needed it for mac OS. So I returned it and now it doesn't show a refund.

This is definitely a must have for day to day computer use in and out of your home. I was able to grant access to my wife and son so that they could make use of the Microsoft office software products. Awesome.

This product has met all expectations as far as the individual tools, ie word, excel, publisher and so forth. The problem I have with it, is that most of my files get save to the cloud and not necessarily my computer. I recently found this out when my WiFi adapter failed, I don't have access to them now. The interface as to where work is saved and what is saved or not, is not, very user friendly or adaptable/adjustable. I want access to all my files, which means they are saved to my computer. I also want some of my files backed up to the cloud and have them synced from time to time, but I want all of my files on my computer so in the event of a Wifi crisis, internet failure, or catastrophic event, I have access to my work.

Easy to install to computers, smart phone and I pad easy to use

I wish I wouldn't have to purchase software annually to use all of Microsoft Office Suite.

Once we figured out how to apply it it was awesome.

Very had to figure out accessing program. No clear instructions. Default document save is for internet and has to be changed for each item to be saved on the computer. We don't have constant internet here so very annoying.

What I just needed. Perfect for our office computers.
