When they said " Bigger is always better" no truer statement has ever been expressed!!!!. Was the perfect fit for the same space and the new technology, voice command, single remote control and easy, user friendly applications with great picture quality for smart TV. The QLED is the bomb!!!

Office 365 Home made a great gift for my daughter and her high school age children for homework and school projects to assist them in providing a professional product when their projects become due and turned in for grading. Besides, it frees up the time they try to make on my computers for their work.

I am not a fan of the whole subscription concept for Microsoft...I prefer it be a one time purchase kind of thing. However, once I did get it opened up and installed, I was able to install it on up to five devices. It was an easy transition from the "older" Microsoft I was using on my previous computer too.

Kinda bummed to see that a lot of the more interesting features go towards the 365 subscription vs the Office 2019 one time purchase, but it is what it is. For the money, depending on your needs as a professional, I would say its worth it.

The many ribbons save time when working on documents. Seeing multiple windows all at once while working on each at the same time is great. I often have to work on projects that take time and involve a lotof detail. I have to leave the system for a prolonged period of time and the battery tends to have to be charged to often

I got this for free with a purchase of a laptop. I guess it’s fine but really they should of bundled this With the computer purchase like back in the day . Now you need a monthly ( like every other program ) Which is a little annoying!

Simple to use and to pair with any of your devises.

Unable to install software. I have tried multiple times and the product key says it has already been redeemed, very frustrating. I reached out to customer service and the technician went in remotely to my laptop to try to install the software, but I could tell very soon they did not know what they were doing. I immediately disconnected and ended the session. I will be requesting a refund.
