Its MS Office. A useful tool but no better or worse than prior versions. It gets the job done and you avoid the headaches of cheaper solutions that despite claims don't always seamlessly work with corporate world items that were created in the MS apps.

So I found out the hard way that the versions of Office purchased from Best Buy have a glitch and expire after 1 month. I had to call Microsoft and ask WTF was up and they explained to me and reissued a product key. Now, all is perfect.

This was not so easy to start up in the new computer. Still looking for some components.

good deal for a small biz. should offer larger increments

This subscription card is most excellent. It is made of durable cardboard and does not bend easily. I did have a hard time redeeming it at Microsoft's website, but that is in no way the result of the product, but rather Microsoft's very difficult process to redeem this card.

365 is a good product it has all the things I need

I got Office 365 HOME for my daughter as part of her tools for school and it saved my life! No more working at the library or with borrowed computers. It is easy and portable so she can work on any of her devices even the school iPad, because everything is Cloud accesible.

We had a slight problem with the card when we scratched off the silver to reveal the number, but when we called the Microsoft help line, they took excellent care of us to insure that Office 365 was up & running before ending our call. We will never use any other product but Microsoft Office 365

I didn’t prefer a subscription. I wanted to purchase the office suite outright (too expensive). So I settled for a 12 month subscription. It works great, just not what I really wanted at a reasonable price. Oh well, $100 Per year isn’t going to break the bank!

I like having the latest version of Office for all the computers in our house. I'm just starting with One Drive, migrating from Dropbox, but not only do I get the cloud storage for less than Dropbox, I get Office with it as well.

With working from home and back in school, product dependability is paramount. Integrates well with other products that I'm using for school without issue and what a stress reliever that is. I'll continue to renew this version until they come up with the next.

I'm used to software so downloading this suite and has having to oay yearly to renew my services is odd to me. I'm slowly getting used to the formatting and how to access it on Windows 10. So far, it's not terrible. The fact that I can share the software helps.

Enjoyed the earlier Word and Excel formats. New format is complicated.

User friendly. You can do a lot of things with office.

The Office 365 suite has all the tools that the student or home office worker needs for general purpose document creation, presentation, spreadsheet and personal database management. The online storage is the best perk which provides automatic back up. The biggest drawback is the annual cost.

This is the first time I couldn't purchase Office. Not sure I will like not "owning', but I guess I will have to get used to subscribing. I will also have to get used to the new Word and Excel, however, I think I will like the changes.

it works well the kids seem to have no trouble using it

We repeatedly tried to renew our subscription through online chat and phone. We had changed our email address. No one could do anything and I use Outlook...So, we went through Geek squad to renew. What a mess our computers would be without the Geeks!

Easy install and use on all of my computers. Good job.

Don't get me wrong, Microsoft Office 365 is like an additional must have body part. This WAS my 3rd subscription purchase from Best Buy. However after a Best Buy Geek Squad tech mistakenly canceled/deactivated a recent newly purchased (at a lower cost) unused subscription card when requested to cancel the previous subscription auto-renewal, I'm offered by a supervisor a refund lower than the purchase amount (even though it was never used) in 7-10 days. No offer to just replace the deactivated card. Therefore after being given the "even though" resolve, I will use my choice and subscribe directly to Microsoft for the same current amount if purchased 3rd party from Best Buy and eliminate the possible mistake at my co$t.
