Souls have purchased the one user version for more money. Not comfortable storing information on cloud and wory about the privacy about my documents that I prefer to have confidential. The two step process to access is not what it's cracked up to be and makes it difficult to dry up for many users.

Awesome Office solution and overall package with Microsoft 365. The new branding brings in the consistency as well. I use Publisher for personal project and the pre-built templates make it easy to use.

My old MS Office Suite no longer worked on my Mac after I updated to Catalina, so I had to buy a new subscription version. It works OK on my Mac, but the Mac is now much slower. I also switched to Outlook on my iphone, but it's not very easy to use, the calendar is not easy to read, and I can't figure out how to just limit my notifications to upcoming appointments (I don't want to know about all the emails that come in). This may be possible to change, but I haven't been able to figure it out (and neither can my IT colleagues, either). Finally, where are my contacts in Outlook? Again, maybe this is possible, but it's not designed to be user friendly.

Came free with the new surface pen. Can’t beat that deal for 3 months. Love Microsoft products and software. You can’t do anything with Windows products.

I did not enjoy this product I didn’t find a way to use it it expire before I got to use it and quite frankly I would never purchase it ever again

I have always used Microsoft Office, but in the past had always purchased it. I now have the ability to install this on 5 different machines and the cost overall will be less, and I will always have the latest version. Seems to work for me.

This is always the best application everyone uses in their day to day life.. And it was very good to get deal on this Microsoft from bestbuy when i purchased a Hard disk

Mine is a mixed marriage (Apple and Microsoft). The wife is Microsoft. I bought Office 365 because we need to communicate and share. Thanks to the competitive spirit inherent in Capitalism, that enhances and complicates our daily lives, the makers of Apple and Microsoft seek to build profit by making their products proprietary. Sharing across operating systems is not only frowned upon, it is actively sabotaged. The associates at Best Buy convinced me that Office 365 was what I am looking for to allow for sharing across operating systems. I seem to be generating more questions and problems as I try to work out a system that will be simple and inexpensive to operate. Back again, then, to the Best Buy Geeks. In the meanwhile, the Apple people address my problem by speaking only in Applese. Can't we all just get along?

I have purchased many software products over the years from Microsoft but I like this new concept. You buy the product and download to up to 5 different computers. In addition you get all the software upgrades and don't need to purchase additional upgrades when they are released.

Love the flexibilty of being able to use this product on multiple devices. As a Realtor I am always on the go and so having access from the office, laptop, or at home is a must. Bundled with a PC purchase and saved even more, thanks Best Buy!

Good when installed for initial user,but was a little more challenging when trying to allow others to use the product. Had to go through so many other steps. Would be nice if they listed under the initial user's acct other product keys to give to the additional users.

Microsoft 365 is basically a necessity for me and it's nice to have the ability to share that software with my family so that they have the ability to use it too

Dot buy this from BestBuy. When you try to cancel your subscription, Best Buy makes it very difficult to cancel. Hopefully Microsoft still sells software instead of subscription. Otherwise, switching to chrome spreadsheet

We all recall when you would get Microsoft for life and not annual subscriptions, too bad that is no longer the case. However, at least the suite of programs and limited multi-user is not too over priced and when purchased at the same time as a new computer.

This license is good for up to 6 people. Good for the family who uses Microsoft 365 or students working from home. I could only use for two. So, for me it is useless or paying extra money.

I bought this for my family when purchasing a Macbook Pro. My wife has a Macbook Air and we have two additional computers in the home. This works perfect because it's cost prohibitive to buy four licenses for this product

I have yet to use this product after having purchased it a month ago.

I am very unhappy to be forced into a monthly or subscription-based software plan which is now a requirement from Microsoft. Ultimately we don’t have much of a choice because it is still the overwhelmingly most popular software used

I am having difficulty installing this software on my computers. The GEEK SQUAD installed it on one computer, but I can't get it on my other devices. I have to go back to the GEEK SQUAD.

Needed this for my work. It's as expected though the jury is still out re paying year-to-year. Feels like I'm being "nickled and dimed" to death... in the past, outright purchase of the office suite included updates. Now we're just renting Office. :-(
