Works fine, but I would suggest uninstalling any Microsoft Office software before installing it. I did not do this on one of my computers and I'm having problems. I did this for the other 2 computers and I do not have any problems.

I wasn't thrilled to pay for only one year of software, but having multiple device use was a bit better. I haven't found too many new features yet, it has been my experience that these "updates" are usually not user friendly and usually not very useful for my "average" use.

Salesman told me about special of instead of one year subscription, I would get 18 months. It was also on sale. How could I pass up such a great deal? Been using Office 365 for a while and have been very satisfied with the program.

Lied to about membership to extend pricematch. 3 people said on the phone that i was due a price match.. but cant get it unless I can get ahold of the local store who do not answer the phone or call back.

A most have for home offices or families with students. The sign up process is easy and this can be used to extend an existing current subscription plan as well.

I have three teenagers who always have to write papers. I also have parents who help my children with their homework. It helps my children to write papers on their devices as well as at their grandparents!!!!

I DO NOT LIKE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS TO ANYTHING. USED TO BE ABLE TO BUY AND NOW THEY WANT MONEY COMING IN EVERY YEAR FROM EVERY USER.

Not a fan of the subscription. Don’t like having to constantly sign in. I like the old way of just being able to download it and forget about it

Not happy with this product. In the process of switching to this from personal I added my mother in law first & then it required her credentials for me to add it to my computer. I will be cancelling this service & going back to personal. Zero stars.

I’m sure we all remember and miss the days where we didn’t have to renew MS to keep it, but we do so here we are. Luckily, at least there’s this package so we can install it on multiple devices.

I guess the download worked well without any issues. I have a PC and a MAC. I did load the latest for my PC but not for my mac yet. Not so thrilled about having to renew it every year but that's the model and dont really have much of a choice

Nothing crazy about this software. If you use Microsoft Office it is what it is. I do like the subscription model over buying a particular version and being stuck with it when the newer version comes out. It helps keep the product affordable.

In addition to the office program, this give you one drive. One drive is easy to use and enable sharing information between our computers and our phones.

We always purchase our computers/eqt from Best Buy. We have used the geek squad to update and repair our Gateway Desk top and will be purchasing its replacement next year. Satisfied customers!

With all I am involved with this system is still my goto with the multi tasking that is required in the sphere of needed documentation in this day and age kind of depressing when you used to do most things with a honest understanding.

I was very skeptical about this program. But once I started using it, I fell in love it with it. I love that I can use it on several devices. I use it for my homeschooling needs.

Can’t go wrong with Office. The world revolves around it. I would however prefer to be able to purchase the whole suite rather than the rental method.

This comes in handy for my family. Working from home and going to school on line allows Microsoft 365 to ensure we get the work done.

The product code allowed me to login upon registration; however, not since. Every time I attempt to login, I’m told to either buy or enter the product key, but when I enter the product key, it tells me that it is already registered to another account and won’t allow me to go further and I have gotten no help from Microsoft’s tech support.
