Was using at work (not Home version), so when I bought a new computer, I added this. Love suing it. Still learning outlook, but so far am enjoying it. Still have to venture into OneDrive.

Gone of the days when your computer came preloaded with all the software. This gives you access to office 365 to let you try it out for three months

two thumbs up to Microsoft for expanding the endless list of capabilities office suite can tackle, all while trimming the unnecessary weaight from the programs they function better but have a lite feel in user compatability.

There was some glitch in this subscription that caused two unnecessary trips to get it fixed. It is a processing issue not a product issue. I can only hope that next year it goes more smoothly.

I am starting to learn more about OFFICE 365. I really like the things it is capable of. I like that all the apps are right there in one spot and I really like the calendar a lot. I probably use the calendar more that anything else.

I think there are free options out there that are very good form home users and education like Libre office, OpenOffice, Google Docs, among others.

Each time I change to a new version of Office, I have to try to figure out what they did with things. I have found some problems between the way Word interfaces with my printer. It doesn't seem to be able to print the same as previous versions.

seriously regret buying this, still trying to figure out to get it to work on my kids computers, says it is already installed on another device. Its as good or defective as anything Microsoft offers...

This is a great Product that I used previously at work so I’m getting it for my personal use. I don’t think I’ve installed it yet. I’m still using the work computer !

Great for small business and connecting all employees for storing and working documents. Challenge with getting documents stored in folders that are used as software instead of web-based but that is probably user ignorance more than anything.

So far it has been working for 2 weeks without a problem. Were they expecting a problem? I would not have had to have purchased it if Best Buy had fixed a crashed drive that had not shut down when I gave it to them

I personally love having free Microsoft its going to be hard to go without it because the price after the trial is $$$. This is so convenient I wish it lasted longer

It's ridiculous that we now have to buy a yearly subscription for necessary tools for work and school. We have no choice but to go with it

So we had an older pc version and when we downloaded the new 365 version, I can't say it went seamlessly. There was a big disconnect especially on our email accounts. Through many, many frustrating phone calls we finally got it all working.

I am having difficulty with the setup of office 365 where I use 2 different servers with user names and passwords. Have not found advanced settings available in previous versions of Outlook. Geek Squad was unable to assist.

This software aims to please and in using it, it's versatile and it gives you a future-proof solution to all your word-processing and other Microsoft Office needs. This software will not disappoint

At first I was excited about the potential of this product. However, Microsoft advertised 1TB of cloud storage, but they neglect to tell you that they have a limited on the number of items. My files are 58GB but because of their file restrictions I can only store about half of my documents in their cloud. This means that I have to split my files and keep in 2 locations, which is counter productive. Microsoft should remove the arbitrary limit on the number of files and allow the storage that they advertise and that you are paying for. I have also recently seen a slow down in the performance of the Office products. Since their recent updates I am constantly waiting on the programs to respond while in the middle of my work. Very frustrating and ridiculous that such poor performance.

We bought this for our new computers and the service tech at Best Buy installed it for us. Everything seems to be working fine and has been an asset to our Computing needs. Great item.

Glad I got this 365 office home compared to one that I got before, save more money for I have other computer in home and office and one for my office administrator to use as well. Great product.
