very poor .. my laptop was defective, tried everything to fix it, gave up and returned it. Best Buy customer service was worthless, they use a 3rd party firm. the 365 subscription could not be returned because I activated it! i wanted to use it on another laptop i bought elsewhere, but they charged me $20.00 more! I could not keep the 79.00 special price - this should be illegal - I paid for it already, then they charge me more - claimed it was a bundle- but did not give me a choice at all!

15 months for the price of 1 is always a great deal and I was able to extend by previous subscription.

kids going to college and this gives him some "freedom" from the cloud, he can work locally and save locally and post remotely when the time comes to turn school work in.

Horrible product - complete scam. I got locked out of 365 and they will not talk to me until i sign in - which is the problem. The worst part is they have my credit card on file for renewal at the end of current subscription.

Great addition to my surface. Easy to download and setup. Easy to use a good value. Use it for all my small business needs, homeschool needs and crafting!

You will note the product says for five installs. If you purchase another you need another email address. You can only register one key for one email address so does not work well if you are trying to keep them all under the same account. The website is difficult to work through until you get to the download. Customer service at Microsoft....not good at all. Talked to five different departments, got disconnected, refunded and took almost four hours....

The software was very simple and straight forward in its install instructions. I normally dread these tasks but at this time I feel very confident in the experience I had.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to get this one or not but then I couldn't be selfish so I decided to purchase it for my family and myself. Now all my family have access to word and we are happy about it.

Performs as expected although, I would really rather have the stand alone version on all my PC's. I liked it better when I didn't have to "lease" the software yearly and I can't afford five separate stand alone versions.

My wife and I were torn on whether or not to make this purchase. We have already had Best Buy look at and repair my wife's Apple tablet and next we will have them clean up her slow moving Apple laptop.

I really should had stuck to my first decision and not buy the family plan. It was NOT easy to installed and I really don’t know if I even need it. I will kot be renewing.

I was happy to have this given to me with my purchase. We all use Microsoft applications in my house for school and we all recently got new computers.

We have always used Microsoft Word/ office and love it. We purchased this 365 and were supposed to be able to connect 6 devices but it will not install on any more. We have it on one and cannot get it onto my wife's new laptop

i have no choice but to buy this to convert and edit my pages docs from apple into word and vice versa. the page hyphens are off but it will work.

The Office products are excellent, and I found that purchasing the yearly subscription at Best Buy was the top choice... their price was right, I earned points, and was in and out of the store in 5 minutes.

I could not load on a second computer. Spent hours on the phone with tech support and no luck. I feel like this product is either too ckmplicated to load on additional c ok mputers, or the product is falsely advertised. Very disappointed. I asked the salesperson about the product, and she assured me it would work and was user friendly. That turned out to be false.

This review is for Office multi computer renewals. I love it because it’s auto renewal for up to six computers. This way everyone’s covered and no expired subscriptions all for $99

Best Buy great service, Microsoft, not so much. Easier to deal with great Best Buy staff. Microsoft couldn’t renew subscription. Apple products and service lightyears ahead of MS.

Great improvement over my older version, especially in respect to grammar & spell check. The adjustment to the new version took a little time , but quickly becomes intuitive.

Originally bought the individual one, but if you have a family, this is the one to get! Saves money
