I had to jump through a few hoops, but it was worth it for a free (after promo code) three-month extension for my Microsoft 365 subscription.

This is a great product. I can't say much besides it was on sale and we needed it. Seriously, this is a good product and I always feel good buying it through Best Buy.

We purchased the Microsoft 365 late 2020, but intended it to be used for the 2021 school year. Turns out the digital download expires only after 4 months. Ive been a busy Registered Respiratory Therapist, these years, and was never able to ever use product. Complete waste.

The license seems affordable for a family, we have 4 computers at home and this license suits perfect for us. The price spread between all result convenient.

Can't really say much yet because haven't used it much but for what I have it seems to be close to the previous version. Few things I'm still trying to figure out.

I have used Microsoft Office at work but it was too costly for me to invest in the software, especially when new upgrades come out. The subscription is a great idea!

Sales person saved me money when I purchased this with a couple of laptops rather than buying the laptops with the program already on it. Bought this and put it on both laptops saved $$$

Thisi a great value for the money you spend. After purchasing, discovered I didn't need it. But could not return because it was considered software.

My old Office programs were about 10 years old. So I opted for the newest version for my new computer. Only a little bit of a learning curve so far. Everything is working well for me.

So happy to have the Microsoft 365 family plan. I've shared with one person so far.

Even if you're not a huge fan of paying subscriptions for software, getting 1tb of OneDrive space for each user really makes this a steal.

I always get office 365 because of the key features it provides and this year i got it for nearly 25$ off thanks to black friday sales. Get this you wont regret it

I got this as free item when I bought an external hard drive. I never installed it. When I cancelled the hard drive, it was converted to paid. I only got part of the money I paid for the HD back. I had to call to cancel and I have still not gotten my money back.

We all need office- for reports, letters, spreadsheets, etc. but the knockoffs for tablet devices never compared. The 5 device license for tablets is an awesome feature that makes this purchase great

Not the biggest fan of how Microsoft nickles and dimes its users. This is the standard "Word" that you basically need for school/work/etc. There are cheaper versions, but if you are like me (5+ computer/devices) this is the most affordable way to go. It has a little bit better functions that the 2013 version (especially when moving between platforms such as taking an excel graph into power point). The online version does NOT have Microsoft Access, so make sure to get either 2016 pc or this (365 5-devices) if you need to use Access.

I don't use Office very much but I do like O365 as I can share the plan with my kids and even my mother.

I like this product. Everyone in the household has it's own subscription. However, don't like the idea that you have to provide a credit card in order to purchase it.

While I miss the days of old where you purchase things once and they work forever, this Word Suite needs to be purchased yearly and thankfully is an auto-renew.

I needed computer paper but, didn’t want to buy a whole case of it. While at Best Buy I conveniently found this paper. It is high quality paper. Would buy again.

We bought 1 of these and were unable to activate the software, so we returned it to the store and got another. We were unable to activate it either. We called Microsoft and they said that they were unable to activate any Microsoft 365 software purchased at any retail location. The only reason why I'm giving this 3 stars is because Best Buy was so apologetic that we couldn't get either of the software purchases to validate. If we were rating Microsoft, we'd give them a -1 star.
