I purchased this but I was unaware that my children's College included it with the class so I returned it but it is a good program

I received a free trial with a purchase. Easy to download and use, even for a non techy person like myself.

I'm happy with this product. The new version of Microsoft is nice to have for a touch screen, and I love that we can download the program on multiple desktops.

Office 365 is a good program. Love the ability to share with friends and family. They get 1TB of onedrive for themselves. Microsoft did good with this.

Great Office products as usual...this is the second year I have purchased and will continue. Its a great way to keep up to date w/ all your Office needs, even has 24/7 support if needed.

I love Office 365! I bought this for school purposes and it meets all expectations and more! One personal favorite of mine is the ability to personalize my background. :)

Better than expected with great features that make working easy. the five user accounts is really good for a family, or someone that runs personal and business from home.

Love that we can all share a subscription and share so easily. We can also remove someone if needed. Much more cost effective than single licenses in my opinion.

I want to cancel this subscription. I don't need it.

After calling tech support several times my outlook is finally functioning. Had a problem getting email working on my I phone. Overall I’m satisfied.

It's office. It's exactly what you think it is. It works on my mac and my fathers mac. It's nice to be able to use it on apple computers

I had the online version and it is horrible. Constant lagging issues and very tedious and time consuming. Save yourself the hassle and upgrade. Save time and money.

We purchased this with the new computer we bought for our church sound booth. We bought the multi user edition so that we could install on a laptop at our church as well.

It was difficult at first but I contact Microsoft and chatted with customer service for about 45 minutes until the license was set up! I love microsoft products.

Was not able to download product however am saving it for another laptop I own

Office 365 Gives the most updated version of the office suite along with a ton of extra “collaboration tools tools to aid in all levels of use.

The Mac version of Office has a reduced number of features compared to the Windows version. In particular, you have much less control over how it works. For instance (and this is just one example), there is no Trust Center. There is a learning curve involved...which ought not be necessary, since it purports to be the same program...but this is on my wife's new Macbook Air, and she's getting the hang of it faster than I (since I only use it when we travel.)

I got exactly what i paid for and expected. Printer works great plus all of the free ink made the deal a great deal

It was a purchase that was made because we had to have it so we got the one that can be used on multiple devices and have had some trouble accessing on of the devices.

Lacks a conversion tool for Excel between my version of Excel and that of Windows 365; other awkwardness between other programs, being unable to get Google tool bars as well as an unexpected and less than seamless transition vis-a-vis having non-selected and non-removable columns in Word, unless I want to pay a Microsoft person to help - why must I pay to get a flaw corrected? Cannot say I would or would not recommend to a friend; perhaps with a caveat.
