I called tech support and she still could not get it to download. Eventually she used one of the products codes I purchased previously and I was able to use word,excel. I still need to contact support when I get back in the states so we can clear this up.

It should be more elegant and actually better than the original Windows Office, but it is not. Plus, it does not have the complete capabilities of Publisher built into its Word program and the kinds of templates available on Excel are minimal. There's little choice you have when it comes to spreadsheets and Word documents. So I'm stuck, being forced to buy a monopolized products. Microsoft doesn't mix with Google Docs, Google doesn't mix with Apple, Apple doesn't mix with Microsoft, So yeah me! It is what it is, a year by year rental of Microsoft Office.
