Great as far as office is concerned down loading on a second or third device was a headache despite Cole licensing Bigger problem for mac using computer

Enjoy this program yet the yearly renewal is quite steep. Once purchased I would like to see a discount for renewing this yearly.

I bought this to add to my MacBook because this is what I was using before. Just don’t like having to pay for it each year.

Microsoft Family is consistently a useful package. I feel the 3-month trial package should be extended however

I use and have used O365 for a few years now and usually buy a card like this from a store so that I can just put a code in and extend my service a year. Didn't have the option with this purchase as automatic renewal was still required, so I returned the product and purchased a card elsewhere. Not sure if it's Best Buy making us sign up to auto-renew or Microsoft, but wasn't thrilled with that change.

Pretty good. I got it for free because I bought something else that had this included. No complaints.

Free i guess so thats pretty good, if you are a student you can get the full version for free

I bought 5 total computers. 2 of them being the exact same laptop. but 1 laptop had this riduculous Microsoft S program on it, I brought back only for you tolet us know microsoft worked out some deal to put on all computers. Anyway we had to reset and it took off our microsoft office and then asked for a new key using up 1 of our 6 keys even though we never used it. We need that given back.

If you need a new Office 365 set up for more than one computer, then for just a little more you can have Office Professional on 5 locations

The mobile and updated Office 365 is a winner for a hardcore MS Office user. Really like the outlook client for MAC and cross device compatibility.

Not happy with price for monopoly use of software. No choice but to pay Not practical to purchase single use even when needing only 2 uses

I purchased an HP ENVY 5530 series printer. I was interested in scanning documents into editable Word documents. The sales person said the All-In-One printer that I purchased would do that. Then printer would not. I contacted HP support for assistance and they said for a $25 fee they would explained to me how to correct the problem. I refused and took the printer to your store and asked if they could help. They said yes for a $40 Geek fee. I returned to printer and print cartages for a refund.

Got it to work on a business plan , new scheduling , accounting . Just perfect for all , and i know i be able to use for way more things to come .

I hate this product. You offer me to share with six different people I cannot even connect myself and it’s been more than a month that I pay for.

Microsoft needs to improve the ease of installation and get some AMERICAN tech support spoke with 15 agents all in India and couldn't understand a frigging word they said.. Buy AMERICAN and SUPPORT AMERICAN WORKERS!!

Had a little trouble installing on my own but when I called Microsoft they were very helpful and we were able to install quickly

I have used Office 365 for years at school. Now that I am retired i needed to get my own copy for the house. It is a good deal.
