Thanks for your review. We do offer a one time purchase version of Office, and you can learn about the differences here: https://aka.ms/AA4rq3k. The biggest differences being that with Office 365 home you get to share your subscription with up to 6 people, you get 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage, and you will always have the latest version of Office.
