If you're looking to ditch the subscription fee, check out our Office 2019 packages. Office 2019 requires a one-time purchase and then you'll have the software on any one device for as long as Microsoft supports it. The software via the product key does not work!!!!

Microsoft is telling me that they are having server issues! I spent the better part of 4 days trying to download per their instructions. They finally did download a temporary version, although it is only for one computer. I paid for 5 computers. This started July 4 and is still not resolved as of July 18. This is totally absurd. They claim I am not the only one with the problem. I am very unhappy. They are impossible to get a hold of on an ongoing basis. I cannot believe that a company of this magnitude would be unable to resolve this issue in a timely manner. This has cost me a tremendous of time and is very disconcerting. I am very unhappy with Microsoft. Help!!!!
