Second machine w/new install of Windows 7 took over an hour to install, later had to repair installation because it quit working. Could not get installed on third machine (also windows 7) After trying all of Microsoft's "fixes" finally had to call tech support, they finally had me re-install windows 7, then left me hanging (after being online with them for 8 hours). Finally go the installation done myself.
