It cost to much

problems downloading

I then followed the directions about how to repair the problem but it only got worse. I got remote computer help from the Geek Squad but am not yet convinced everything is A-OK. It's very frustrating when things don't work out as they should!

Ehhhh

I thought I downloaded it on my and my mom's computers but then I was unable to use the programs. Not sure what I did wrong and since I'm a Mac user I'm not bothering to figure out how to fix it.
