Multiple attempts to contact Microsoft online did not work. Finally found a "secret" way to reach them to get assistance. They had to take remote control of my iMac to get the entire Office installed properly. Recommend only because it is the most widely used package.

If you're open to switching up your Office software, you can obtain Office 2019 for a one-time purchase. There's three versions of Office 2019: one geared towards students, another towards business people, and another that contains all Office suite apps. You can check these packages out on Best Buy!

Had to take back for remedy which another agent J fixed. Some members need to learn to listen rather than trying to sell another subscription! I wish Microsoft would sell products to install. Renewing is sad and I'm looking at other products.

I upgraded from version 7, and other than taking up more memory, I don't see the need to upgrade. If you purchased a new computer and have to buy the new program. I do like the new annual fee with the ability to receive the upgrades for no additional cost. Maybe version 14, or 15 would be an improvement.

I hope Microsoft reconsiders and also lets people buy a more minimal product with just a few necessaries like Word and Excel.
