I never had to purchase my Office products but once. I absolutely love Office and work with it everyday. This is a necessity for me.

Only worked in one device

Not able to use it. Microsoft says it expired the same day it was purchased. Not able to resolve problem at Best Buy where it was purchased or through Microsoft.
