    I would love to review the product however I have been unable to download as per the instructions that were emailed to me and have been having a tough time talking with someone to learn how to download the program

    Don’t do it just get the one online!!!!! Got home guy in store said it would work and it would convert business version into family. It didn’t. Now I can’t use it or return it. Waist of money!!!!
