You can use this on multiple computers however I do not like the fact that it's only good for one year then you no longer have access to the Microsoft products

TERRIBLE! IT KICKS ME OUT & SAYS IT EXPIRED! IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 2022/9

I installed, partly my fault as I had a work account belonging to an educational institution, and when I installed it used or I entered the institutions email address for me. Yet, the program shows my gmail account but won’t let me load program on other computers because it says I’ve already used this. It’s for several users right? Was on chat with Microsoft for almost two hours trying to figure it out. All he could say was it was redeemed and the email it was redeemed to was “purged.” What the heck? I’ll probably never buy this again.

I am disappointed as I couldn’t get it uploaded onto my new computer. And I am going to have to pay someone to accomplish that. Not right at all.

These are great programs for text, spreadsheets, etc. But ever since competitors such as google docs showed up, I question, "why pay?". If the price were more competitive this would be a 5 star review.

Beyond upset. I cancelled the computer and software. They refused to refund me my full payment and only gave me half of my money back.

The old model of licensing was great for one device, but Office 365 is a great value for multiple devices including computers, iPads, phones, etc. One license covers them all. The beauty of the subscription based Office products is that it is constantly updated. No more paying for multiple upgrades. The software installs easily and with the addition of One Drive, all documents can be shared from one location. Create a document on your laptop and access it from your tablet, mobile device or virtually anywhere with access to One Drive. While it seems expensive, it is quite a value if you can use it on all of your devices. Microsoft Office products are the standard and almost a necessity for business folks, students and home use.

It says 6 people but it only works for 1 person not 6.

My last TV was a Sony and was very pleased. The picture on this one is terrible. It is very dark and no matter how you try to adjust it, it doesn't get any better. I can't tell you how much I dislike it.

Download and installation was a nightmare. Never again. Could not download onto my computer - was told I had the wrong operating system by Microsoft people. My system - new Dell laptop with windows 7!!! Took Microsoft people three (3) hours to download and get operational. Wasted a month trying to get Microsoft 365 going. My background - seven (7) years as a program manager of a program that was developing a radiation hardened satellite processor (computer) plus the software.

I was unable to access or redeem product purchased.

Rip off. Was not told auto renew at going price. Could not return even if not used.

I have not yet used it as I have other things that had to get done 1st.

You have no choice but to use the product. It is a bit more complicated than it's previous version. The version before was smooth and uninhibiting. This one is like starting from scratch.

Outlook basically forces you to join Microsoft Exchange. Great to sync your devices together I guess. I'm just not pro having Microsoft read all my emails

Did not use it yet and would have loved to return it as i do not need it anymore.

4 hours on the phone with tech support. They didn't even know how to deal with the product. Tech support from India. I'm still having problems to sync 3 computers. Microsoft 365, the worse ever.

In the old days you bought this and paid just once. Now they you buy it and have to pay every year for updates. I do not like that. The 3 stars if for that reason only.

As a very long user of MS products, this version is very hard to find functions that used to be easy and straight forward. Far too much digging through menu items to do common actions.
