I could not get into my Microsoft account and there was no support to assist me with my problems. I was extremely disappointed knowing that Microsoft office is a powerful tool in business which I need. I do highly recommend MICROSOFT but unfortunately I have not been able to receive the guidance I needed.

Have not been able to get the 6 people working

It is downloaded on my computer but stops working when I try to print a document also sometimes when I want to reopen a saved document. I've used the helpline and they helped me in the moment but I am still having issues. My kids need this for school so it is frustrating every time they need to do some thing for school and it takes way longer then necessary to get this done.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. Administration of the program is unmanageable. I have two MS accounts and can't figure out which one this is in. It has been telling me for months that my subscription has expired but it continues to work once I delete all the warnings. I can get no help from MS support. In fact, I can't even understand what they are saying.
