We had to send an email to the user then they had to except it and then download the subscription. The worst part was a "hacker" called our home phone and said they were there to help us install the software... all they needed was our IP address... "I don't think so!" Microsoft needs to watch out for that.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We wanted to share with you some of the perks of Office 365 and why it's subscription is pretty great. You get 1TB of OneDrive Cloud Storage. You can install Office on multiple devices using your Microsoft Account. Your subscription can be shared with up to 6 other people meaning they get all the benefits we mentioned before.
We think if you take advantage of these features you'll really enjoy Office 365 Home.

I prefer the simplicity of Google's products. The latest features of Office365 need some customization and don't flow as well as previous versions. Can't beat the price though - Like $40 for six people, then $60 per year for the six people after that....

I work while in transit often and it's great to be able to work on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations from my mobile device and continue my work from my laptop when in the office. Thanks to the 1TB of cloud storage, I can also save large video files that I can access from anywhere. The performance of the applications is very good. The office apps open quickly and are very responsive. I would recommend to everyone!
