Ordered a card from best buy and it would not load. Went to a Best Buy store and exchanged for a new one. Now it works! It would seem that after a few years of paying this high price, it would come down

I am not a big fan of the yearly subscriptions. I have several machines that I alone use and needed multiple copys. Cloud usage is nice since all my machines are in sync but now another monthly/yearly bill.

Trying to automatically renew online is impossible. Microsoft says you have to renew through Best Buy. I just want to renew online instead of ordering a renewal card or driving to a store.

I have 3 computers that's why I bought this kind of Microsoft but when I tried to access the code to other comp it says it's been used. So I need to call the cust service and ask about it!

I have used Microsoft Office for years and always pleased with the program. Bought a MacBook last year and really missed Microsoft Office, so this was recommended to add to my MacBook. Such a disappointment! Thought that the ease of sharing with my other computer was a good way to share docs. But as I understand it new docs created with this are in the cloud. Also, everytime I use this program I have to wait for updates to install. Will NOT purchase this product again.

My old one ran out so I get my new one and now ALL my apps on my windows 8 are jacked up. Spent over an hour in the phone with Microsoft who said I possibly had a virus and to take it to Best Buy. Best but looked at it and said it looked to be ok. Brought it gone and the same things are STILL happening. Get messages word is broken, have to log in EVERY time in EVERY app and then fight to get to work it with my printer.

Don't like it. Maybe if I had purchased the regular package it wouldn't try to connect to Microsoft all the time but I will not be renewing it. I'll pay the price and buy the office package.

My office 365 subscribtion kept giving us an error message saying that the code was invalid. I will have to return it and get a new one.

Constant problems. It does not do even half of what it claims. Tried to resolve some problem with tech support. I spoke to numerous techs and each time they either hung up or we loss contact. After hours, I gave up.

Do not buy the Microsoft office 365 from Best Buy. When you do, you will only be able to renew from Best Buy (unless you call them, ask them to cancel it in the future, etc.). The Best Buy customer service has been unhelpful in resolving this for me - via chat or the phone. I should have purchased the Office 365 elsewhere

Typical Microsoft. Install seemed to go fine then when I go to use Publisher it tells me I have unlicenced version. I did not but had to waste time and use help to fix install.

I took this software over seas to be use there but it did not work .every time I typed in the product key, system will say invalid product key. I tried not once or twice but multiple times no way and can't be return according to the sales representative.

Overpriced software. I WISH I did not have to have it. Also, you lose a lot lot lot of functionality when on a chromebook. Buyer beware if you are a Chromebook user.

Very handy to have. I like the multiple licenses available. It was super easy to install. I also appreciate that I will constantly have the most up to date version available. I didn't realize it came with cloud storage and purchased dropbox a day before I bought this. Sigh. Oh well.

This product updates itself, unless you turn off auto update for 365. Once you are forced to update to Windows 10.1, you lose the search function in Outlook and Word. Microsoft is aware but does not address the issue with a permanent fix. Instead you are instructed to update to latest version of office or to re-index or rebuild your profile. (temporary fix.) After researching the issue, it may be with Pop3 accounts, so consider using Imap for email. Consider Office 2016 instead of 1 year of headaches with Office 365.

Remember the good old days where you could run Windows apps for years at a time? Remember when you could play solitaire without seeing annoying ads all over the place? I really dislike this and think it's robbery to make us pay this much each year, and will try to wean myself off MS products before the end of 2019.

The number of changes coupled with latest Windows 10 update and little documentation on implementation created a perfect storm for chaos for the older or casual user.

this program was supposed to fix problems so PC users could access and use mac spreadsheets. like numbers to excel and such. we still have the same problems :o/

If you do any office work, you're likely familiar with Microsoft Office. The Office 365 Home bundle includes all the apps you need (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Plus, they're always up-to-date with the latest releases. The package is pretty handy, since it allows you to have up to 6 people using the software at the same time. My wife and I are able to keep an Excel file for our budgeting needs, and we can modify these files online as well. We can also collaborate on the same document at the same time, which is very useful. With this subscription, you also get a terabyte of OneDrive storage, which is great for backing things up (we use this to back up our personal computers and photos from our phones). If you're looking for a great deal on Microsoft Office, this is easy to recommend.

This is not the fault of Best Buy, but I am not happy that Microsoft is selling this product with an annual renewal cost.
