Great product, easy to install, works great, no problems

Microsoft Office 365 for 5 computers delivers as expected and it is very cost efficient for households with multiple computers. It is nice to always have the latest version of office. It is also nice that it is compatible to both Mac and Windows platform. For the price, there are many advantages versus owning a copy of the software

I could install this only in one of my laptops. Not sure this happened since I tried installing this in other laptops many days after I first installed in my primary laptop.

Too much money for renewals. we should not have to buy it again each year after original purchase. Have been doing this for too many years-like paying a ransom.

If my daughter did not need this I would never buy Microsoft again. I had a subscription and whoops forgot to renew, so one notice a couple weeks before it expired and then poof it is gone. So i renewed and then when I went in to use it, nothing would work. Talking to Microsoft, they said this was an issue and there was nothing they could do about it. As has been my experience, they offer product, we buy it and end up being beta testers as there are problems after problems. Horrible customer service, did not resolve the problem and when I got my refund, did not get all of my money back. Makes my decision easy on whether to buy a Mac now. Will be trying to move away from anything Microsoft.

Product would not activate, spent nearly 12 hours online with Geek Squad support and the Microsoft support to activate. Had to create an entirely new desktop.

I am very happy with the Office 365 update. I bought it when I bought a new laptop, and since it can be loaded on up to 5 computers, I also installed it on my work desktop computer. The cloud storage that is included makes it very easy to work away from the office on my laptop.

I like the mobility of Office365, and capability of five devices for one household. We travel a lot and this flexibility on five devices is great! Had difficulties loading it this time, but reached out to Microsoft and they solved the problem

If you have several computers in your household, this is totally worth it!

I still have not been able to share with my other four family members. Very hard to understand the instructions.

This is a great product. I would not run a comouter without all this on it. Worth thw price to install on up to 6 comouters!

I've been using Office 365 Home for years now. It's a great product that gives me easy access to work on home projects without having to pay a ton of money for each and every device I own. Highly recommended.

I could not get subscription to work, would not let me use word or any other programs. Sent me back to subscription page. Kept saying I had already used code. Could not get correct code or one I had to work.

This is a great product and easy to set up. No complaints!

Works as expected. It's nice to be able to use it on 5 PC's.

...however, not real happy that Microsoft will now want me to pay up EVERY year. I was in a rush, and had college bound daughter with me so I bought this. I know the product is great, but really - EVERY year ?

This product is great! It comes with 5 licenses and each license has it own 1TB one drive storage

The new microsoft products have a nice look and smooth functionality. Not a big learning curve from previous incarnations. New outlook is not as adaptable as older incarnation (no pop3 options for gmail).

Office 365 is embarrassing for Microsoft. It isn't even in the same universe as Office Professional, my last version 2013. There are numerous bugs that prevent it from operating like the older version. 1. It will not hold formatting when you have set your template in Word. It reverts back to the original format even after one has set the change as "default". 2. It will not allow words to be added to the Dictionary. For example, the book of the Bible, Hebrews, must be capitalized but Word 365 wants to change the spelling. The capital version cannot be added easily as in Word 2013. 3. I work in two languages all the time. In Word 2013, once I had set the program to recognize the language it worked flawlessly. But in Word 365, it does not matter on what language the default is set, it will revert back to the other language at inopportune times specially when cutting and pasting. Very frustrating. I spend more time formatting my document than in creating it. Never happened in Word 2013. Technical support is or should be highly embarrassing to Microsoft. I began my quest to fix Word 365 or find a solution via Microsoft technical support chat. NO RESOLUTION!!!! I then managed to finally talk to a live person, after multiple calls and a lengthy time on hold. The first person could not resolve the issues and when they told me I was being transferred to someone they said could solve the problem, I was disconnected. This is been a highly disappointing experience for me even after using Microsoft Office for over 20 years. Seriously considering using WordPerfect or another program. 3.

We purchased this and installed the product on multiple devices. In the year, we have used this product less than a dozen times. Primarily on our personal computer and even then, the constant tweaks have made the changes SO very irritating to use this product's applications! We have been using iMac since 2010 when our IBM compatible pc hard drive failed and lost all our data. ( and not the first time, either! ) We do not have the money to waste on yearly subscriptions and the product tweaks are just window dressing anyway. From the previous reviews we have read and personal experience, we do not trust digital licenses. We would rather have the physical media on hand, in our home library. We like Microsoft but not enough to waste our money on paying a yearly usage fee.
