If I could give this item zero stars I would, SIMPLY BECAUSE THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE ANYWAY TO CANCEL THE AUTO RENEW! I absolutely would NOT recommend purchasing any Microsoft product through Best Buy!

This MS 365 3 Months free trial program is very nice to explore MS Office 365

Paid the $80 because it was on sale but Mircosoft switching to a subscription model will cost everyone a lot more money.

this concept is far inferior to the past version where you could choose if you wished to up grade and then have to relearn again where all the options were located. It is also a way to squeeze more money out of us by microsoft. they should have some serious copetition

I paid $60+ for this subscription and didn't have the knowledge of how to access it. I can't speak to its functionality because I wasn't able to access it. I desperately need access to what I paid for...Please help...

cannot activate. Called Best Buy for assistance, transferred to Microsoft. End result neither knows what or how to activate this product.

Microsoft Office 365 Home (5-PCs or Macs + 5-iPads or Select Windows Tablets) (1 Year Subscription) - Windows I don't know, the jury is still out I this one. Promises great features, but difficult to use and not much support, no easy instructions to refer to.

It is hard to write a review on something that isnt a choice. Seriously what were they? Oh yeah, Windows 10 in 4 different variations that no one can explain except either pay for a new one every year or pay more now and you wont have to?

I purchased my subscription at xmas time thinking my kids and I would all share Microsoft Office. Turns out they all have access to Office for free through school so nobody wanted it. I did not install it. Best Buy cannot give me a refund because its a subscription. Microsoft will not give me a refund because its a Point of Sale. I spent countless hours on the phone, some people said it could be done but at the end I got nowhere. Everyone is refusing to refund this purchase. I wanted to put the refund toward purchasing it outright. Now I'm stuck with this $100 subscription for 1 year. What a waste of money. I never should have purchased it in the first place. Now I'm kicking myself. I listened to the kid that sold me my computer. Big mistake.

Bought office 365 with my MacBook Pro last year. Had always used it and shied away from Apple Pages and Numbers apps. Got a huge surprise when the year was up and they wanted to charge me another $100 annually to access my own files on my computer (not in the cloud). My files became read only. Some of tHese were files I created ten years ago! I am having to recreate them in Pages as I refuse to have Microsoft control and profit from me. Apple Pages and Numbers are just as good, if not better than Office! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you Microsoft for converting me to being an Apple user.
