Once again I will tell you she did not purchase this computer. Do I have to move your ads to spam to get your attention?

Again, how is a license sold twice? Bought this license from Best Buy Simi Valley. Already in use by someone else.

Don’t understand how to load & activate. Since no instructions come with anything anymore gets confusing for not so adept with laptops.

Very hard to get started. It fails a number of time, Sometimes it will start but more time it will not.

This is confusing. I only used it once and it has all been used up. I think that was done by the Geek squad.

In this time of pandemic I found that Best Buy still believe in quality service and presenting a quality product.

Returned product as I was able to get complete office version without a subscription elswhere for a much lower price.

Love using the Microsoft Office for Home and Students. I use the Word, Excel and Powerpoint in my business.

This package does not contain Outlook Other programs are very good. But the package is worthless without Outlook.

You DO NOT get Outlook email in the bundle. It is not clear at all that Microsoft removed Outlook from this Office product.

I purchased this product and when I purchased it I found out later that this version doesn’t work with the chrome notebook.

As I entered into my Pc I immediately received an alert to call a number well it was a scam be aware

I just realized I did not get this in my bag. wow. I bought an expensive computer, but do not have this.

I spent $200 to find out that my laptop doesn’t take accept this type of program. I’m livid.

I have been unable to download and install this product on my new laptop. Nothing works, including the support.

I haven't used Microsoft Office on a regular basis for a few years now but this version of it seems just as good as I expected. For reference, I installed this on my MacBook Pro. PowerPoint now has support for 3D and embedded fonts and there are now captions for audio available, which are some helpful options. All of the apps have the availability to customize the ribbon, which is extremely helpful. Word has things like ink effects, roaming pencil case, and tilt effects now available. One of the things I like the most in Word is focus mode, which makes it so you can concentrate on the content in your document without any screen clutter. Excel now has some new functions that have been added. There is also an accessibility checker available, which is great. I think the last time I bought Microsoft Office there was an accessibility checker in Word but not in Excel. In Excel, you can also show data on a 2D map and there are funnel charts available now. OneNote synced up easily. I have never used OneNote often on my computer. Instead, I use the OneNote app on my tablet. Overall, all parts of Microsoft Office seemed just as good as I was used to and has some new interesting things available. The first thing I set up in all four applications of Microsoft Office was the Quick Access Toolbar, which I find imperative. I started using Microsoft Office in the 1990s when I was in junior high school. And have used almost every version of it since then for junior high, high school, college, and then work. It is only over the last five years that I haven't used it often, and I am glad to see that it hasn't changed that much since I stopped using it on a daily basis. I really do recommend it. I have never found another Office suite that I like as much as Microsoft Office.
