It’s especially frustrating because it was a gift for my son, who now has to wait until the store opens tomorrow to resolve this. Definitely disappointing for both of us!

While checking out, I got a prompt to purchase this. So I did, thinking it would be nice. However, when we set up computer, the exact same thing is already preprogrammed into the computer. So I felt scammed. Didn’t need after all .

Contacted customer support 5 times and they were extremely unhelpful. They ended up canceling my order since they couldn't process it, and I won't receive my refund for another 3 days.
