Charges when plugged in and lasts a long time. We haven't had any issues because I would have heard about it if there were any.

This actually pays for itself as time goes on! No more spending a ton of money on batteries or constantly swapping rechargeable batteries over and over! Definitely worth the buy!!

You're gonna want this. It is the charging cable and rechargeable battery all in one package. Why would anyone play Xbox One without rechargeable batteries in the controller??

I hate using anything wireless. This allows you to keep playing without ever needing to change batteries. I wish there was a usb controller like on 360 but oh well! this is the next best thing

This product is pretty straight forward. I hate buying batteries for my controller so I purchased the rechargeable battery pack and it works as advertised. Probably get between 6-8 hours of play.

The only real complaint I have is that this should be an included part of any controller. Microsoft is the only major player still shipping with a non rechargeable controller. This is simple enough to use and lasts for several hours.

Plug and play is the way to go. I know there are 3rd party brands that are good as well but you cant go wrong with the Microsoft branded charge kit.
