If you have an Xbox one; this is a worthy investment. The battery lasts forever and it saves you both the hassle of changing and buying batteries and the cost of doing so. $25? Are you KIDDING? Just do it.

If you don't want to by rechargeable batteries and if you don't want to have to deal with buying batteries for the controller at all , this is a must buy. Works great so far no complaints

The Xbox controller drains batteries quicker than you think so after changing the batteries out a couple of times I decided to get the recharger pack. It's great and holds a charge for a super long time.

This is the perfect product for gamers. Long life battery, and if it is dying, just connect your controller the long cable provided and you are good to go

Its nice not having to use batteries anymore. Just charge your controller like a cell phone.

Saves you the trouble of having to buy new batteries over and over. Even better is that when you're done playing, you can leave it to charge until the next time. You could even be charging while playing!

It works great and does its job. It lasts a fair amount of time (I didn't time it, but I'd say 20 hrs). I would definitely invest in one of these as batteries will quickly outweigh the cost of one of these.

I love not having to change batteries every couple of weeks. I would always run out and forget to buy more. This is a great solution, you can plug in your controller if the pack runs out of charge.

I bought the pack back in 2016, to this day, its still great! I only have to charge it once every couple weeks, and i use the xbox at least 3 times a week.. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

Definitely saves money by not constantly having to replace batteries for controller. Wish battery life was a bit longer but it does the trick if your not hard core gaming. Love the charge and play feature though. No waiting for your controller to charge to continue gaming. Would have liked a bit longer cord though

For my Xbox 360 I bought rechargeable batteries and they were fine. I like this much better for my Xbox One. It gives me both the option of being wireless, or attaching via the usb cable. That's great. Many times I was playing Skyrim and the batteries needed to be changed out and realized I didn't charge the backup set. Then the hunt for AAs began. With this I can plug in the cable and continue playing. Easy install, very nice, highly recommended.

I had a knock off battery before purchasing this one. What a big mistake I made. I should have bought the original from the beginning. Amazing battery life!!! More than a week without recharging

These charge fairly fast and have a decent longevity when it comes to their battery life; you're saving at least $25 per month in batteries if your family of 4 or more consists of avid gamers. Toss in the added bonus of not having to dispose of batteries as an environmental win and oh have a wonderful product.

After having used a non-OEM charge and play kit and this one is by far the better one! Don't waste your time with other batteries... just invest the money to get the right one the first time.

Has this ever happened to you? You're playing the hottest, new Xbox One game and you're in the middle of a tense section of the game. You're about to slay the dragon/save the princess/pwn the dude/save the day. You're literally *THIS CLOSE*... and your controller dies. You spend the next frantic fifteen minutes tearing apart your home/game cave/hovel/basement/room/prison cell looking for the precious AA batteries you need to jam into your controller so that you can unlock that achievement and brag to your digital friends/enemies/frenemies, but the glorious chemical creators of electrical power are nowhere to be found. Those days can be GONE by picking up the Microsoft - Play & Charge Kit for Xbox One. The battery pack easily clicks into the XB1 controller and the micro-USB cable is long enough to allow charging while playing (at a reasonable distance). The rechargeable pack also has a good (better than disposable batteries) charge life, so gamers can typically go about a week's worth of *reasonable* gaming session without having to recharge. Also, it saves the planet... literally... disposable batteries end up in landfills where they end up killing unicorns.

I have bought several of these for my controllers. These are rechargeable battery packs. I prefer to use this over rechargeable batteries. Also, this Microsoft brand is more reliable than the Insignia brands. The only thing I wish is that would sell just the battery packs alone. I have several charging cables sitting in a drawer. But I guess if one cable were to go out at some point, I have a back up.

Does exactly what it's supposed to, saves batteries! Another great feature is the charging cord. It's very long, so if you need to charge while your playing you can still sit in your favorite spot!

Great product. Save $$$$ on batteries. The one controllers eat up batteries within a week with normal, I say again normal play. Super fast charge and lasts twice as long as a standard AA battery.

Although I think the ability to recharge the controller without AA batteries should be standard in the XBOX One, this product is worth the upgrade. I get plenty of play time between charges and don't have to worry about swapping AA batteries.

As someone who got sick of recharging the PS3 controller after an hour of useage, this battery pack is a breath of fresh air. It took me a week to use up the initial full battery. Very pleased!
