This product is a must for Xbox controllers. Highly recommend using this over AA batteries. Microsoft should really include this with their controllers.

Charges my controller very well and it last a long time

The battery cover on the XB1 controllers is much weaker and harder to use than the 360. This nicely saves you from ever needing to open it up again. I also like that the cable has an LED to let you know the charge state. Recommended.

I returned a off brand sold at Best Buy and purchased this official Microsoft product. The quality is top notch and trusted, I should of bought from the start. I am happy with this purchase and know it will perform.

This is a must have. These controllers kill batteries and when they go out they GO OUT. You get on warning or anything. This is a must have. One thing that bothers me is this should have been INCLUDED at least with launch consoles.

I do wish the battery was a little bigger. A XB1 controller with a\ Play & Charge Kit doesn't hold a charge as long as a PS4 controller. Still, to save me from replacing batteries, it was worth the purchase.

This is a great to have for recharging your controller battery. It is so much easier then having to put new batteries in when you can just plug the controller up to charge faster. On top of that its better for the environment.

I Bought This For A Wired Connection Only To Reduce Input Lag ( For The Controller ) It Works Fine. Just Leave The Battery Out If You Want It Wired ONLY. PLUS Needed To Buy This Anyway To Update The Controller For My Headset.

I was looking for something to replace batteries and this plug and play is great you can charge the charging pack while you play and when you are done just disconnect it no assembly required.

The plug and play comes with a rechargeable battery and usb wire that plugs to controller. You actually don’t need any batteries just the wire to draw endless power..

My laptop was locked and I couldn’t login into my laptop. I brought my laptop to Best Buy and the technician unlocked my laptop in 15 minutes. Very professional and fast service.

Great battery life along with having a quick charge

The battery itself is self explanatory. Keeps the controller charged and working wirelessly. I don't know if it's a PC issue, or my wireless dongle, but it keeps disconnecting every once in a while. Sometimes it screws me over while I'm playing in intense moments. And the battery never really fully charges. Every time I check the Xbox Accessories app, it's always at low or medium battery range, even though I leave it plugged in over night. I hope it didn't have these issues and I can't tell if it's the controller, the dongle, or the battery. Very messy situation. When it works, it really works well, and it makes wireless playing on PC very comfortable. But these issues are more common and annoying.
