Works excellent. A little snug fitting the battery into the controller, but beyond that it's a superb item where you charge the battery via the included USB cable. Handy little light on the cable connector head (by controller) displays the charging status. Battery comes partially charged so its good to go out of the box.

The first one died on me a few months after I got it. Didn't hold a charge anymore. Then I bout another one around Christmas for my elite controller. Holds a longer charge and so far so good. First must have been a dud.

Please don't settle with batteries people! Purchase this! Stop buy batteries over and over! Rechargeable pack is the way to go

Easily worth the money. Will pay for itself several times over if you game a lot and are using a lot of disposable batteries.
