It was working fine until the cable shorted out and completely stopped working. Even though I can use any other type of USB cable, it's still very inconvenient.

Stopped working - thankfully still warrantied

One stopped charging after 3 years, so I purchased a replacement. This one stopped charging after less than 60 days. Thankfully it was still under warranty and was replaced by Microsoft.
